Context

Quicklizard is a B2B SaaS platform that helps retailers and brands automate pricing across channels by reading market data, competitor prices, and demand patterns in real time.

Contribution

Owned features end to end: scoping with stakeholders, implementation, reviews, rollout behind feature flags, and iteration on production feedback.

Drove core Next.js workflows for pricing dashboards, localization, authentication, and bulk pricing overrides, plus Go API work across a microservices backend.

Modernized the stack to Next.js 16 and Tailwind CSS 4, dropped Nx where a single-app setup didn't justify it, and tracked Next.js / RSC security advisories to coordinate upgrades.

Outcome

A more maintainable codebase, faster local development, and reliable releases for pricing analytics and automation.
